By accessing or using FORM ("the platform"), operated at formcoach.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

FORM is an online fitness coaching platform that provides personalized workout programs, exercise video instruction, and direct coaching from certified trainers. The platform offers multiple subscription tiers with varying levels of access and coaching support.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using FORM, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Account registration

• You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

Health and fitness disclaimer

Important: Consult your physician before starting any exercise program.

FORM provides general fitness guidance and exercise instruction. Our platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are voluntarily participating in physical exercise and assume all risk of injury associated with exercise. You should stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor
• New members receive a 7-day free trial
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including exercise videos, workout programs, and written content, is the property of FORM Coach and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORM Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
